Instead, we offer a space where job seekers can find and apply for various roles directly, and employers can post their available positions. This approach allows for a more direct and efficient connection between job seekers and employers.
For your freelance hires:
No fee to you.
1. Please provide your start date, role, required capabilities, experience, and your hourly/daily/weekly/monthly or project CTC.
2. No Sweat will vet and shortlist candidates and provide you with matched profiles.
3. Once engaged, we will manage invoices, payments, and PAYE.
For your full-time hires:A one-time fee of 10% of the annual salary (CTC).
